Veuve Ambal is a family-run winemaking company established over 100 years ago in the heart of the Burgundy region and today is the largest producer of Crémant de Bourgogne. Its 250ha of vineyards are managed using sustainable methods. A sparkling wine made mainly from Chardonnay and using the Champenoise method, where the bubbles are created by secondary fermentation in the bottle. The result is a fresh and light wine with delicious notes of peach and apricot.
