Being awarded the accolade of European Winery of the Year 2016 by Wine Enthusiast was a well deserved reward for for the Pfaffl family. Today Heidi and her brother Roman Pfaffl, manage this family winery started by their parents in the village of Stetten, near Vienna, in Austria. Their 110ha of vineyards are located in on scattered plots of land with different soils and microclimates that produce wines with their own personalities.
