Henners Vineyard was established in the picturesque village of Herstmonceux, East Sussex, England in 2007 by ex-Formula One engineer, Lawrence Warr. The winery was named in honour of Larry’s French ancestor, Henners Dubois, who was forced to flee Paris for England during the French Revolution in the in the late 18th Century. Henners Brut NV Is produced using the classical method, is a blend of the three classic sparkling grape varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, these components are blended each year with small proportions of reserve wine to bring additional depth and structure. Aged on lees for 3 years it is an elegant, refined wine with good balance and a delicious green apple, pear, citrus and brioche flavours.
