Domaine Boutinot is located in the heart of the Rhone. Les Cerisiers is made in the same way as the best rosés of Provence, using the ‘rosé de presse` method, which is a gently pressing to extract as much of the aromas and flavours without the tannins. The wine is fermented at cool temperatures to preserve the delicate aromas and flavours.
