Bellefontaine is made by winemakers Samantha Bailey and Guillaume Lehan who together have created a range of wines that are delicious to drink on their own but that also complement food well. It is a blend of Chardonnay from Gascony, for its freshness and Pays d’OC for varietal character and body. Zesty acidity is nicely complemented by the richness and peach notes on the palate with a hint of pear.
