La Garuma is the name of a seagull native to the coast near Leyda. On the Leyda Estate, the vines are planted on slopes slightly less sunlight and greater exposure to ocean breezes. Consequently, the ripening process occurs at a slower pace, contributing to the development of elegant aromas.
