Another original wine from the team at Moulin de Gassac. The Chardonnay grapes are firstly fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to protect the primary fruit aromas. It is lightly aged on its lees in barrel prior to a second fermentation in tank in order to create the light fine bubbles.
