Albariño Valmiñor made in the usual way. The herbal infusion is mixed, paying special attention to the most representative of Galicia, such as fennel, coriander, eucalyptus and laurel, among others, and the wine in the proportion designed together with the sugar. The color results from incorporating anthocyanins from the skins of red varieties into the mixture.
