Where is The Wine Place ?
Calle Almirante Cadarso, 14, Valencia. There is street and garage parking nearby, or you can come directly from Colon Station, which is a 5-minute walk away.
At what time do you open?
We are open Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm, and from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and Saturday from 11:30 am until 2:30pm
Do you organize wine tastings?
Yes, we have weekly tastings on different themes. For more information and to register, please click here.
Do you only have Spanish wine ?
We have Spanish wines from different regions but also wines from all over the world: France, Chile, Argentina, California, South Africa… All the wines we select reflect the true character and the uniqueness of each region they’re from.
What is WSET?
It is an international organization that offers training courses and exams in the area of wines and spirits. We offer Level 1, 2 and 3. If you want to know more, click here.
Do you organize Team building Events?
We create events to meet the customer’s requirements. Please contact us to discuss your event.
What type of payment is accepted?
We accept Apple Pay, Credit Card and Bank Transfer. When a bank transfer is made we do not send the product until the payment has arrived. Please, if you use this method include our mail (wines@thewineplace.es) in the communication with your bank to be able to handle the order before.
Can I order wine and have it delivered?
Yes, we do deliveries all over Spain and parts of Europe.
Can I buy wine online?
Yes! You can come and pick it up directly at the store, or we can deliver it to you.
How long will it take to get my order?
The wine is delivered within a maximum period of 24 / 72 working hours from receipt of the order and confirmation of payment. From our warehouse in Valencia the box is sent through courier service to your address.
What do I do if a bottle gets damaged?
Contct us and we will solve it right away.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No.
What happens if a wine is not as it should be?
We guarantee our wines are tasty. If for some reason you do not like a wine contact us and we will change you.
Do you sell beverages other than wine?
