6\u00ba Elemento is the single-varietal Bobal red from Vino Sexto Elemento, a family project based in Venta del Moro, Valencia. It comes from old vines around 70 to 80 years of age, grown at altitude on clay-sandy soils and harvested by hand into small boxes. The winery follows an artisanal, minimal-intervention approach designed to preserve the expression of both the grape and the vineyard.<\/p>\n
Fermentation takes place with native yeasts, and the wine spends between 12 and 18 months in French oak according to the needs of each harvest. In the glass it shows concentrated fruit, ripe cherry, violet, woodland notes and a spicy background.
