Los Loros Albillo Criollo is a white wine by Juan Francisco Fari\u00f1a P\u00e9rez from D.O. Valle de G\u00fc\u00edmar in Tenerife, made from Albillo Criollo grown in Arafo. The vines sit at around 850 metres above sea level on clay and stony soils, in a landscape shaped by Atlantic influence. This distinctly Canarian variety, particularly associated with La Palma, develops here with freshness and a strong sense of place.<\/p>\n
The grapes are hand harvested, gently pressed and fermented spontaneously with native yeasts. Ageing adds texture without masking the fruit and mineral character. In the glass, the wine shows white and stone fruit, flowers, citrus and mineral nuances.
