It is produced from overripe, sun-dried grapes that concentrate sugars and aromas, and it is vinified from specific vintages without a solera system. Made exclusively from Pedro Xim\u00e9nez, it offers intense aromas of raisins, dried figs, dates and caramel. On the palate it is dense and silky, with great sweetness balanced by good acidity and a very long, enveloping finish.
