Origin
The viticultural origin of the Trimbach family dates back to 1626. Maison Trimbach’s vineyards are all situated around Ribeauville where they benefit from the unique Alsatian microclimate, thanks to the Vosges Mountains protection from the rain. After harvesting, the grapes are brought directly to the winery where the grapes are fermented in stainless steel and bottled early without malolactic fermentation.
