In 2000 Gerard de Villiers, descendant of the original immigrants, and his wife Libby opened Kleinood, which mans small and precios in Africans. This is a boutique winery near Stellenbosch, one of the premium vineyard areas in South Africa, producing small quantities of world class wines.
