The grapes are picked by hand and fermented for 8-10 days followed by another 2 or 3 on the skins to help with the aromas. The first press wine was returned to the vat and left for 8 months before bottling. After these procedures the wine appears very beautiful nose of crushed berries. Ripe tannins and fresh acidity support a cherry and strawberry palate with a beautifully elegant finish.
