Third generation of the Santiago family are managing this beautiful boutique estate in Monçoa, located on the Spanish / Portuguese border. The grapes for this wine are hand picked before being fermented using the ‘Champagne Method’, with the wine being aged for 15 months before being released.
Aromas of white stoned fruits, white flowers and orange blossom, It is dry, full bodied, fresh acidity, smooth mousse, well balanced with citrus and mineral flavours.
The grape variety Alvarinho is the same as the Spanish grape Albariño deal como aperitivo y para acompañar marisco, platos de arroz y carnes, tanto rojas como blancas.
