Cave de Tain
IGP Collines Rhodaniennes
Cave de Tain Blanc de Noir
Cave de Tain, one of France’s best-run wine co-operatives made up of 300 members. The Syrah grapes for this wine come from vineyards on the northern banks of the Rhone River. Syrah is a red grape but this is a white wine, making a ‘Blanc de Noir’. The grapes are gently crushed and the juice is run off without have any contact with the skin, from where wine gets its colour.
A subtle, dry wine with floral aromas and flavours of citrus fruits, apricots and peaches. The flavours leave a delicious aftertaste that lingers on the palate for some time.
Enjoy this wine on its own or to accompany a wide range of dishes of your choice.
