Moulin de Gassac Viognier is made from grapes grown on the best land parcels in a terroir that is quite unique in the Languedoc region. A true amphitheatre of vines facing the Mediterranean and the port of Sète, the Villeveyrac hillsides are home to these flavourful, Mediterranean style wines.
Since their creation in the 1990s, the Moulin de Gassac wines are the fruit of a meeting between magnificent Mediterranean vineyards and Daumas Gassac savoir-faire. Sun drenched grapes, cultivated in perfect harmony with nature are meticulously selected, then subtly brought together to produce a unique range of wines.
Intense aromas of apricots, mangos and white flowers. Smooth, well balanced, fresh with summer fruit flavours and a hint of lemon.
Serve chilled with seafood, spicy Asian dishes, rice dishes.
