Moulin de Gassac Pinot Noir is made from grapes grown in the best land parcels in a terroir that is quite unique in the Languedoc region. A true amphitheatre of vines facing the Mediterranean and the port of Sète, the Villeveyrac hillsides are home to these flavourful, Mediterranean style wines.
Since their creation in the 1990s, the Moulin de Gassac wines are the fruit of a meeting between magnificent Mediterranean vineyards and Daumas Gassac savoir-faire. Sun drenched grapes, cultivated in perfect harmony with nature are meticulously selected, then subtly brought together to produce a unique range of wines.
Delicate aromas of cherry and hints of moka, typical of Pinot Noir. Well balanced, full of ripe red berry fruit flavours and soft tannins on the palate.
Goes great with lamb, barbecued ribs as well as salmon and pasta dishes.
