Mandrarossa Nero D’Avola
Mandrarossa Nero D’Avola is from the southwest of Sicily, where the island slopes gently down towards Africa. It is a wild, unspoilt region of outstanding, unexpected beauty, created by the continuous interaction of Sicily’s most characteristic natural features with elements brought from Africa by the winds and sea.
A vibrant ruby red colour, it’s smooth with a fragrance of plums and red mulberries, typical of the variety, as well as being well balanced with a hint of vanilla flavour.
Excellent with pasta dishes, braised red meats, game, hard spicy cheese
