LFE Carmenere Gran Reserva

Origin

LFE Carmenere Gran Reserva is in the Gran Reserva range where you will find award-winning varietal wines made with carefully selected grapes from our best vineyards located in the premium wine valleys of Chile-Leyda, Casablanca, and Colchagua. The red varietals in this range are aged in French and American oak barrels for 10 to 12 months.    These wines are delightfully complex in the nose and on the palate, with mature and concentrated fruit flavors, and are a wonderful companion to your favorite dishes and for special occasions.

Style

Intense and deep ruby red in color. The nose is very complex with aromas reminiscent of cherry and dried fruit, with elegant notes, and characteristic of the variety, of pepper and tobacco. On the palate it is an intense wine, complex and tasty, round, fat, with round and mature tannins, and a long persistence.

Food Pairing

Roasted lamb, grilled meat, Chilean empanadas, pasta dishes.
