Origin

Guilhem Rosé is a Moulin de Gassac wine made from grapes grown in the best land parcels in a terroir that is quite unique in the Languedoc region.  A true amphitheatre of vines facing the Mediterranean and the port of Sète, the Villeveyrac hillsides are home to these flavourful, Mediterranean style wines.

Since their creation in the 1990s, the Moulin de Gassac wines are the fruit of a meeting between magnificent Mediterranean vineyards and Daumas Gassac savoir-faire.  Sun drenched grapes, cultivated in perfect harmony with nature are meticulously selected, then subtly brought together to produce a unique range of wines.

Style

Lively salmon pink colour, pronounced floral and ripe red berries aromas. Fresh, well balanced with summer berry fruit flavours and a light finish.

Food Pairing

Perfect served chilled as an aperitif or with a barbecue, grilled vegetables and seafood.
