Origin

Guilhem Blanc is a Moulin de Gassac wine made from grapes grown in the best land parcels in a terroir that is quite unique in the Languedoc region.  A true amphitheatre of vines facing the Mediterranean and the port of Sète, the Villeveyrac hillsides are home to these flavourful, Mediterranean style wines.

Since their creation in the 1990s, the Moulin de Gassac wines are the fruit of a meeting between magnificent Mediterranean vineyards and Daumas Gassac savoir-faire.  Sun drenched grapes, cultivated in perfect harmony with nature are meticulously selected, then subtly brought together to produce a unique range of wines.

Style

Fresh with floral and white stone fruit aromas. On the palate refreshingly crisp with peach and apricot flavours.

Food Pairing

Serve chilled as an aperitif or to accompany seafood, pasta dishes and green salads.
