Champagne Lallier Grande Reserve Gran Cru Brut

Champagne Lallier is a small family winery producing their champagnes by sourcing exclusively from vineyards classified Grand Cru and Premier Cru. There is a blend of Pinot Noir (65%) sourced from ‘Grand Cru’ vineyards in Ay – also home to Bollinger – and Chardonnay (35%) from the Gran Cru Avise . Classified as 100 out of 100, ‘Grand Cru’ vineyards are the crème de la crème of vineyard sites. Like Bollinger, Lallier’s wines use a high proportion of Pinot Noir in their blends (the Rosé is 100% Pinot Noir), so with Champagne Lallier you get a Pinot Noir dominated blend from Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites – a rarity.
