It is a wine with body, structure and complexity and with surprising notes of red strawberries, eucalyptus, spices and black pepper. After a year in the bottle it becomes a wine with a more unctuous, intense and concentrated character. It is the ideal wine to maridar with the famous Asado Argentino. It is also ideal companion for pasta and sauces rich dishes.
Yealands Estate Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of dried thyme and black currant with dominant notes of spices and cream. In the mouth it has a harmonious mineral acidity. The end of the mouth is rich and elegant. Wine would be a perfect companion for the typical goat cheese salad, or any other type of salad, as with fresh seafood, cooked or grilled.
This red wine is rich, silky, very well balanced with flavors of forest fruits tannins sauves. Ideal to accompany lamb or with a beef rib roast grilled also with rich dishes and mature cheeses.
